| Natural Cedar Standard 28 bottle unit trays and shelves can be exchanged for like priced merchandise in the event you order the wrong item within 30 days of delivery. A 15% restocking charge will apply to the items returned. ALL SHIPPING CHARGES are the customer's responsibility. In the event a customer chooses to "upgrade" their purchase during a return of Natural Cedar merchandise, a credit for the original purchase price, minus shipping will be deducted from the new invoice and a 15% restocking charge will apply to the items returned. I'm a reasonable person so PLEASE contact me if you screwed up and ordered the wrong item. May times there are other avenues to resolve a problem and your satisfaction is very important. |
