| Chasidor guarantees its products against craftsmanship failures for one year. In no way does this apply to normal use wear and tear or abuse. If joined pieces, glued or otherwise attached, related to merchandise built by Chasidor fail due to craftsmanship within one year of the delivery date, Chasidor, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace your item at no charge. Chasidor will cover the shipping charges to and from the customer for the first 30 days after the delivery date. After 30 days the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If the item is somehow damaged by accident after delivery and needs to be repaired Chasidor will repair it for a reasonable rate to be negotiated prior to merchandise being returned. The shipping charges for these repairs are the customer's responsibility. |

| All Stained items, Exotic Wood items, custom orders and Special Requests are sold as is and all sales final. No returns or refunds will be allowed. The General Merchandise guarantee apples to said items in the event of a failure and Chasidor will either repair or replace merchandise at its sole discretion in accordance with the general guarantee policy. |
