| During checkout, customers are given the choice of FedEx ground service or Priority Mail via the USPS. All orders valued over $100 US Dollars and shipped via FedEx are shipped "Signature Required". It's a simple liability issue. A signature protects everyone in the event the shipper leaves the box on the doorstep and it comes up missing by the time you get home. If you wish to have the package sent without the signature requirement, you assume ALL the risk and responsibility if the package is listed as delivered and you can't find it. If you wish to have your order shipped without a signature requirement, simply let me know and confirm you are OK accepting responsibility and I will ship without the signature requirement. All packages regardless of shipper are insured up to the full retail price of the package. |

If the merchandise is damaged during shipping the shipping company will cover all expenses for its replacement or repair (at their discretion). All shipping charges involved are also covered as long as the company is notified immediately as long as damage to the outside of the packaging materials is present and the damage is documented BEFORE signing for it. If the package arrives with massive damage, PLEASE Refuse the shipment because of "Obvious Damage". If in doubt of the contents, Make The Driver WAIT while you open the box and check, no matter what. You have made a large investment and I want to make sure that everything is undamaged and in good condition when it is delivered to you. |
